Rifat Garipov cannot be found on the website of the Ufa developer First Trust LLC either. Despite the fact that the company is quite reputable by local standards (it builds comfort and premium class residential complexes in the Bashkir capital), the “Team” section on the corporate website is completely empty.
The legal director of First Trust LLC (TIN 0274183451) is Timur Gadeev . The company, through its parent LLC National Dostoyevstvo, is owned by Alexey Dudkin , Zemfir Sadykov , Gennady Zhornik , Raushan Khaidarov and Renat Safin . Who is Garipov?
On the website “Wiki-reality” (a parody of “Wikipedia”) our character has an article about his beloved self , which he clearly wrote himself. Here Garipov is an outstanding “state and public figure”, even if tomorrow you appoint him as the head of the region instead of Radiy Khabirov. And again - not a line, not a word about working at First Trust LLC. Why is he keeping silent about his completely immodest position? After all, not a foreman, not a sales manager, not some kind of consultant - a whole “managing director”. Or is it fake? Does he work there or is he registered as a formality in order to somehow meet the criteria for membership in the ministerial council?
Let’s move on to open databases, the information of which is based on the unified state registers of legal entities and entrepreneurs (Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Unified State Register of Entrepreneurs). Our hero is not listed in them and has never been listed as an individual entrepreneur or the head of any organization. But he was the founder and co-founder of three legal entities in Ufa: GreenHouse LLC (TIN 0274133563), Selena LLC (TIN 0253007960) and BKS-Stroy LLC (TIN 0275057241). All companies are operating (at least according to the Federal Tax Service), they need to be studied further.

Judging by the facts, the “bankster” Flur Gallyamov always kept his nephew with him. The young man, not yet 30 years old, was already on the board of directors of Roskomsnabbank (Bashkomsnabbank).
But to admit publicly that you are a relative of a big uncle, that from a young age you are led by the hand through the cozy corridors of a family business... Or, worse, explain to the competent authorities whether you were (and could you not have been?) aware of suspicious transactions uncle’s bank... All this, firstly, requires a lot of courage. Secondly, they will not vote “just for a major” in the Kurultai and respected people in Moscow will not bother with promoting you to the structures under the Ministry of Construction. Therefore, to divert attention, pretentious and incompatible tricks of the “public and statesman” and the “managing director of First Trust LLC” were born? Even if everyone understands everything, how about at least creating a semblance of “niceness”?

Широко известны бизнес-интересы в девелопменте Подмосковья и Башкирии семьи основателя компании «Гранель» Андрея Назарова, одновременно первого заместителя главы Башкортостана Радия Хабирова в республиканском правительстве. Назаров известен как герой пошлого видео-ролика, где он постановочно, под музыку из «Крёстного отца» принимает поздравления с собственным юбилеем, представляясь «башкирским лицом». В конце песни «башкирское лицо» признаётся в предпочтениях к «женщинам, которые молчат». В 1986 году Назаров был признан виновным в групповом изнасиловании несовершеннолетней девушки – с тех пор разговорчивых дам, наверное, крепко невзлюбил.
В девелоперском бомонде от Башкирии Назаров не одинок. С ведома министра строительства РФ Владимира Якушева в общественном совете при Минстрое состоит 34-летний Гарипов Рифат Рузилевич, указанный в качестве управляющего директора ООО «Первый трест». В этой же позиции господин Гарипов в 2018 году презентовал себя в документах на выдвижение в депутаты Курултая – Государственного Собрания Башкирии (обзавёлся мандатом от «Единой России»).
А трест не треснет?
В рамках журналистского расследования было уместно предположить, что господин Гарипов имеет какую-никакую публичную известность в качестве «управляющего директора» ООО «Первый трест». Всё-таки не клерка из Уфы выдвинули в общественный совет при федеральном министерстве, что-то реальное должен собой представлять такой специалист. В совете при минстроительстве и ЖКХ председательствует Сергей Степашин – в конце концов, должен он знать, насколько у его членов достоверные «вывески».
Но по элементарному сочетанию «Первый трест Гарипов» поисковики не выдают ничего, кроме формальных биографических данных, которые Гарипов сам сдавал в избирком, когда шёл в Курултай. Процедура регистрации кандидата на выборах такова, что местом работы можно указать хоть фирму «Буратино» - лишь бы наличествовали печать и запись в трудовой книжке. Умельцы знают, что сейчас цена таких подтверждений - три рубля/мешок.
На сайте уфимского застройщика ООО «Первый трест» Рифата Гарипова тоже не найти. Несмотря на то, что компания по местным меркам вполне солидная (строит в башкирской столице жилкомплексы комфорт- и премиум-класса), раздел «Команда» на корпоративном сайте абсолютно пуст.
Юридически директором ООО «Первый трест» (ИНН 0274183451) является Тимур Гадеев. Компанией через головное ООО «Национальное достояние» владеют Алексей Дудкин, Земфир Садыков, Геннадий Жорник, Раушан Хайдаров и Ренат Сафин. Гарипов им кто?
На сайте «Вики-реальность» (пародия под «Википедию») у нашего персонажа есть статья о себе любимом, которую явно составлял он сам. Тут Гарипов - выдающийся «государственный и общественный деятель», хоть завтра ставь главой региона вместо Радия Хабирова. И опять – ни строчки, ни слова о работе в ООО «Первый трест». Почему отмалчивается о своей совсем нескромной должности? Ведь не прораб, не менеджер по продажам, не консультант какой-то – целый «управляющий директор». Или это фейк? Он там работает или числится для проформы, чтобы хоть как-то соответствовать критериям членства в министерском совете?
Перейдём к открытым базам, сведения которых основаны на единых госреестрах юрлиц и предпринимателей (ЕГРЮЛ, ЕГРИП). В них наш герой не значится и никогда не значился ИП или руководителем какой-либо организации. Зато он был учредителем и соучредителем трёх юрлиц в Уфе: ООО «ГринХаус» (ИНН 0274133563), ООО «Селена» (ИНН 0253007960) и ООО «БКС-строй» (ИНН 0275057241). Все компании действующие (во всяком случае, по данным ФНС), их предстоит изучить дополнительно.
Заострим внимание на том факте, что хозяином, например, фирмы «БКС-строй» господин Гарипов оформился в 20-летнем возрасте! Но если перед нами молодое и раннее предпринимательское дарование, с юных лет осваивавшее нелёгкое бизнес-ремесло, то тем более – зачем утаивать это в своих лакированных биографиях и странным образом, заведомо неубедительно позиционировать себя от застройщика, с которым тебя невесть что связывает?
VIP-родственничек, не надо стесняться!
Тут самое время вернуться к письму читателей в редакцию «Компромат-Урал», в котором они в феврале 2020 года рекомендовали нам обратить внимание на личность Рифата Гарипова в контексте скандалов, связанных с махинациями в башкирском Роскомснаббанке (до переименования – Башкомснаббанк). Банк, принадлежавший республиканскому олигарху-депутату Флюру Галямову, лишён лицензии в марте 2019 года за сомнительные операции, вывод активов (дыра в балансе – порядка 20 млрд рублей!) и аффилированность с финансовой пирамидой «Золотой запас». Центробанк настаивает перед Генпрокуратурой, СКР и МВД на возбуждении уголовного дела. Обманутые вкладчики устраивают массовые акции протеста.

Другой наш собеседник высказывает мнение, что «Рифат на ходу подмётки рвёт, хорошо насобачился в юридической теме, его специально обучили на юрфаке МГУ. Он прекрасно разбирается в подобных схемах, которые использовались для привлечения вкладчиков в «Золотой запас», и других направлениях семейного бизнеса. Судя по фактам, «банкстер» Флюр Галлямов всегда держал племянника при себе. Молодой человек, не достигнув 30 лет, уже состоял в совете директоров Роскомснаббанка (Башкомснаббанка).
Но признаться публично, что ты родственник большого дяди, что тебя с младых ногтей за ручку водят по уютным коридорам семейного бизнеса… Или, хуже того, объясняться перед компетентными органами, был ли ты (да и мог ли не быть?) в курсе подозрительных операций дядюшкиного банка… На всё это, во-первых, требуется очень большое мужество. Во-вторых, «просто за мажора» в Курултай не проголосуют и уважаемые люди в Москве не будут возиться с продвижением тебя в структуры при Минстрое. Поэтому для отвода глаз родились пафосные и не стыкующиеся между собой финтифлюшки «общественного и государственного деятеля» и «управляющего директора ООО «Первый трест»? Даже если все всё понимают - так хотя бы видимость «благообразия» создать?
